Joomla system plugin that exposes Event Booking data as a dynamic content source in YOOtheme Pro.
What does the plugin do?
The plugin connects the Joomla component Event Booking directly with the website builder YOOtheme Pro.
This makes it possible to display events on a website in a modern and flexible way — without programming.
Normally, YOOtheme Pro can only display Joomla’s default dynamic content.
With our plugin, YOOtheme Pro can now also access Event Booking event data automatically, such as:
- event title
- date
- price
- location
- available spaces
- booking status
- images
- categories
These event details can then be used anywhere on the website.
Instead of manually building every single event page:
- Create the event once in Event Booking.
- YOOtheme automatically pulls the data.
- The website updates itself dynamically.
New events can automatically appear in:
- event overviews
- grid layouts
- sliders
- landing pages
- homepages
- category pages
It saves:
- time
- maintenance effort
- duplicate work
At the same time, it provides:

- consistent layouts

What can the plugin NOT do?
The plugin extends YOOtheme Pro with Event Booking data — but it does not replace Event Booking itself.

Events are still created and managed inside Event Booking.

- generate invoices or tickets
All registration and booking functionality continues to run through Event Booking.
The plugin only handles:
- presentation
- layouts
- dynamic content inside YOOtheme Pro
The plugin only works together with:
- Joomla
- YOOtheme Pro
- Event Booking
Without these systems, the plugin cannot be used.
The plugin provides the data and additional builder elements — but the actual website design is still created inside YOOtheme Pro.
This means:
- colors
- spacing
- animations
- page layouts
are still controlled by the template and builder settings.
If events are not maintained properly inside Event Booking, the plugin cannot magically create perfect content.
For example:
- no image assigned → no image displayed
- no price assigned → no price output
- wrong category assigned → wrong event listing

The plugin is a powerful bridge between Event Booking and YOOtheme Pro.
It makes event presentation significantly more modern, flexible, and automated — while the actual event and booking management remains fully handled by Event Booking.
